We use Family ID for sports registration. Family ID uses a secure platform that provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our programs and helps us to be more efficient and environmentally responsible. This program replaces the current paper process. You will no longer need to submit paperwork to the nurse or athletic office. Everything will be completed online. In addition, once you register, the system keeps track of your information so you need only enter it once for multiple programs and student-athletes.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

The student-athlete must have received a physical less than one year prior to the beginning of the sport season to be eligible to participate in that season. PLEASE NOTE: You must attach/upload a copy of your child's current physical or sports update to the Family ID online registration page in PARTICIPANT INFORMATION.
